About Us
Eastham's Building Contractors was founded by Alex Eastham in the late 60's and became a limited company in 1970. Alex's son Mark Eastham joined the company in 1986 and became Managing Director in 2002 when Alex retired. Mark's son Jack Eastham joined the company in 2010 to represent the third generation since the company's inception.
Throughout our years of trading Eastham's have worked for all the major oil companies as well as establishing firm working relationships with many private petrol retailers, major petrol retail groups and pipework installation specialists. These include:-

Eastham's Building Contractors are based in Preston, Central Lancashire and work mainly in Lancashire, Greater Manchester, Cumbria and Yorkshire.
We are a member of the Association for Petroleum and Explosives Administration (APEA) and all our employees are accredited with UKPIA/SPA personal safety passports.
We carry out a wide range of works associated with forecourt maintenance and development, from small repair works to complete re-builds, including fuel tank installations. We also decommission and demolish petrol stations including the safe removal and disposal of fuel tanks and contaminated waste. We are a registered carrier of waste.
