About Us
Eastham Building Contractors was started by Alex Eastham in the late 60's and became a limited company in 1970. Alex's son Mark Eastham joined the company in 1986 and became Managing Director in 2002 when Alex retired.
Throughout our years of trading Eastham's have worked for all the major oil companies as well as establishing firm working partnerships with many private garage owners and companies who run several sites. We have also undertaken civil works for pipe work installation specialists and for companies with no connection to the petroleum industry. For example we have carried out concreting works for Wincanton Distribution and decommissioning work for Barratt Homes.
We are based in Preston, Central Lancashire and work mainly in Lancashire, Greater Manchester, Cumbria and Yorkshire.
We are a member of the Association for Petroleum and Explosives Administration (APEA) and all our employees are UKPIA accredited and carry personal safety passports issued by SPA.
We carry out a wide range of works associated with forecourt development from small repair works to complete re builds and fuel tank installations. We also decommission and demolish petrol stations including the safe removal and disposal of fuel tanks and are a registered carrier of waste.
We aim to maintain a high standard of work with competent efficient staff to continue to offer a competitive service to new and existing clients alike.
